TEFL9 Programme
The biennial TEFL conference, now in its 9th iteration, has evolved into a cornerstone event in the professional development landscape for EFL educators in Portugal and beyond. Over the years, it has burgeoned into a dynamic platform where EFL researchers, educators and teachers converge to exchange insights, explore pedagogical advancements and engage in dialogue about the ever-changing landscape of language education.
Colégio Almada Negreiros - CAN
- Colégio Almada Negreiros, previously Colégio de Campolide, was a Jesuit College built under the administration of the Society of Jesus.
- It was constructed over the initial decades of the second half of the 19th century and before becoming part of Nova University of Lisbon it was the army barracks for the Batalhão dos Caçadores 5.
- It is named after José Sobral de Almada Negreiros (1987-1970) a Portuguese artist who studied at the Jesuit College in his youth.
